The traditional Berkeley home in the Thousand Oaks. With a smallish kitchen, a number of partition walls the kitchen did not have an open feel and was difficult to entertain. After removing a number of interior walls, replacing the windows and doing a fairly significant structural upgrade the house now feels very open and inviting!
